Hildon Eco Hotel Policy
Children from 7 to 12 years old stay for 15 Euro per person, per night using an available extra bed.
People 13 and up stay for 20 Euro per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
*Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Hildon Villas Policy
Free! One child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds.
All further older children or adults are charged 15 Euro per night per extra beds.
Tha maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Low season – (May-October) Cancellation policy:
Changes and cancellation are permitted up to 14 days before arrival free of charge. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Medium-High Season – Partially Refundable (01 June – 30 September) Cancellation Policy:
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Prepayment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival.
*Please note that for the period 01 July – 31 August, all individual reservations must be not less than 3 nights stay.
We love our furry friends, but in our Hotel and Villas pets aren't allowed.
While some guests who do not have a pet in tow do not mind sharing a hotel with furry friends, many travelers avoid pet-friendly hotels at all costs due to allergies, fears of animals or the hassle of an unclean room.
